About Storegidi
Useful local commerce starts with clear information
Storegidi is a Nigerian digital catalog and discovery marketplace. We help independent businesses publish organised storefronts for their products and services, while giving customers one place to compare practical listing information and contact sellers directly.
Many small businesses already sell through conversations, referrals and social media. The difficult part is keeping names, prices, images, availability and contact details together in a page that is easy to share. Storegidi turns those details into a public storefront that remains useful after a status update or chat message disappears.
What customers can do
Customers can browse products and services by category, search by keyword, narrow results by location, save listings and open a seller’s storefront for more context. Each listing is designed to show the business behind the offer, the published price, condition or service scope, images and available contact choices.
Storegidi also provides buyer accounts for saved items, conversations, appointments and reviews. These tools help customers keep decisions organised, but they do not replace independent verification. Buyers should confirm the exact offer, seller identity, fulfilment terms and payment recipient before proceeding.
What sellers control
Sellers manage their own business profile, catalog, prices, availability and customer responses. They can share a direct storefront link or QR code, review storefront activity and use plan-based tools such as analytics, appointments and invoices. A seller remains responsible for ensuring every public detail is accurate, current and authorised for publication.
Storegidi does not copy listings from other websites. The marketplace is built from information submitted and maintained by its vendors. We may moderate, restrict or remove content that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, abusive or inconsistent with our terms.
How transactions work
Storegidi currently provides discovery, catalog, messaging and business-management tools. It does not collect marketplace checkout payments, act as an escrow service or guarantee delivery between buyers and sellers. Payment, collection, delivery and service fulfilment are agreed directly by the parties.
Because local transactions vary, we publish practical buyer and seller guides and a dedicated safety checklist. Our aim is not to make decisions for users, but to give them clearer information and a better structure for making those decisions.
Our standard
We are building for useful catalogs, authentic business identity, transparent prices and professional communication. Storegidi improves when sellers maintain complete listings and customers report inaccurate or harmful content. That shared standard makes local businesses easier to find and makes every conversation start with better context.
