These terms govern your access to Storegidi. By creating an account, publishing a storefront or using the marketplace, you agree to follow these terms and applicable Nigerian law.

1. Storegidi’s role

Storegidi provides digital storefront, catalog, discovery and communication tools. Unless a specific Storegidi service expressly says otherwise, Storegidi is not the buyer, seller, delivery provider, payment processor or party to transactions arranged between users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not impersonate another person or business, create accounts to evade enforcement, or transfer an account without permission.

3. Listings and seller conduct

Sellers must have the right to offer every published product or service. Listings must be accurate, current and appropriately categorized. Prohibited content includes illegal goods or services, fraud, counterfeit items, harmful content, intellectual-property infringement and deceptive pricing.

4. Customer transactions

Customers must review listing details and verify sellers before proceeding. Buyers and sellers are responsible for agreeing on payment, delivery, returns, warranties and service scope. Storegidi does not guarantee a user, listing or transaction.

5. Reviews and communications

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Harassment, spam, manipulation, fabricated reviews and disclosure of another person’s private information are prohibited. Storegidi may moderate content and investigate reports.

6. Fees, promotions and advertising

Storegidi may offer paid plans, promoted placements or advertising. Any applicable price, duration and renewal terms will be presented before purchase. Sponsored content and third-party advertising may appear on public pages.

7. Platform enforcement

We may restrict listings, suspend features or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. We may preserve relevant records where legally required.

8. Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant Storegidi permission to host, display, resize and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote their storefront or the marketplace. Storegidi branding and platform software remain protected.

9. Availability and liability

Storegidi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Storegidi is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, user conduct, transaction disputes or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these terms when the service or law changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date.
