Data Deletion Instructions

Storegidi vendors can request deletion of account data connected to email, Google, or Facebook login. Account deletion removes or disables the vendor profile, storefront, catalog content, and related account records according to the platform deletion process.

Request deletion from your dashboard

Sign in to Storegidi, open Dashboard Settings, and submit an account deletion request from the danger zone. A Storegidi admin will review the request before permanent deletion is completed.

If you cannot access your account

Contact Storegidi support from the official Storegidi website and include the email address connected to your Storegidi account. Do not send passwords or private access tokens.

Facebook app removal

You can also remove Storegidi from your Facebook account through Facebook Settings. If you remove the app there, contact Storegidi support or submit a dashboard deletion request if you also want Storegidi account data deleted.
